His experience includes Internet systems, standards (metrics), Communications, Windows (all versions), Distributed Database (Oracle & SQL), Client/Server, UNIX, a variety of programming languages & Intranet and Extranet technologies. Dr. Noble also served as a Technology Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada.
