Creating your Worldwide Web site:


1. Architecture and Image Design
First we need to determine the content and style of your Internet site, we work with you to develop and explore what the Web can do for your organization. Our specialists will work with you and your staft`to develop the most effective online corporate image.

Your Web site can include: Interactive features, Search engines, Promotions, E-mail, Bulletin boards, and Newsletters. The Interactive nature of your site can provide customer statistics and track user trends, promotions, etc.

2. Layout and Organization (a review)
Next, we draw up the blueprints for your Web site. We will sketch out the overall Web site structure, including page organization, features, navigation standards, interactive features and layout any animation that may be used.

Many customers prefer to setup an internal review committee to evaluate the content and usability of any design. During this phase it is easy to change the prototype.

3. Development and Programming
After you approve the form and structure, our staff will produce your initial Web site. We will:

  • Develop a full set of graphics, convert video, sound clips, insert text and other media to Internet formats (HTML).

  • Program the interactive systems and add animation as required.

  • Announce the site by listing it in appropriate Web directories.

  • Serve pages and data via Worldwide Web. Provide file(s) transfer (FTP) and

5. Reporting and Maintenance
  • Compile monthly usage reports to detail who your Internet users are, what they read, where and how much time they spend in a given part of your Web site.

  • Provide for change orders, updates and new features as required.

  • Provide twenty-four hour support for the site.
